Pink Friday Nails is an ecommerce beauty brand focused on nail care. They asked Marz Agency to grow sales, speed up the site, and build steady campaigns across ads, email, and SMS. The store runs on Shopify, so we centered the work on a clean theme, fast pages, and simple tools for the team.
Client Challenge
They needed a reliable stream of creator content and social proof. Ad accounts on Google and Meta lacked a clear structure and stable tracking. Email and SMS were not synced with the CRM, and purchase tags were not driving smart automations. Page speed on mobile lagged and the theme limited merchandising and product education. Photo assets needed quick editing for site updates and paid media.
The Marz Solution
We launched a UGC outreach program to source creators, manage briefs and usage rights, and publish videos and images to PDPs, landing pages, and ads. We rebuilt Google Ads and Meta Ads with clean account structures, creative testing plans, and full tracking across Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM. We connected email to the CRM and set up event and product tags from Shopify so automations react to what people buy. Flows now cover welcome, first purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, win-back, and VIP, with matching SMS nudges and clear segments. We designed a fresh look for key pages and developed custom Shopify sections for UGC carousels, product sliders, bundles, and reviews. For speed, we compressed and resized media, lazy-loaded images and videos, deferred noncritical scripts, and trimmed unused app code. Our team handled photo editing and post editing so creative stays on brand across the site and ads. The result is a faster store, stronger remarketing, and campaigns that work together from first click to repeat purchase.
